Sortly Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Sortly handles information when you use the app. Sortly is an offline sorting game intended for children and families, without a strict age restriction.
1. Information collection
Sortly does not include Firebase, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or another remote data-collection service. It does not ask for a name, email address, account details, contacts, precise location, photographs, recordings, or other user-provided personal information. Damo Studio does not receive gameplay or settings data from the app.
2. Firebase, analytics, and tracking
The audited version of Sortly does not contain Firebase SDKs or configuration. It does not send custom analytics events, set analytics user properties, automatically track screens, create analytics or installation identifiers, or send crash and performance reports.
3. Data stored on your device
Sortly uses local app storage to remember settings and gameplay progress. This information remains under the app on your device and is not sent to Damo Studio.
- Music, sound-effects, haptics, and language preferences

- Best move counts and star ratings
4. Networking and data sharing
Sortly has no built-in service that transmits gameplay, settings, or personal information. Audio and gameplay assets are packaged with the app.
The Settings area can open the Sortly privacy policy and third-party license source pages in your browser. If you choose a link, your browser and the destination website handle that visit under their own privacy practices; Sortly does not attach gameplay or settings data to the link.
5. Advertising, purchases, and accounts
Sortly contains no advertising SDK or AdMob integration, does not personalize ads, has no in-app purchases, and does not provide account creation or login.
6. Device permissions
The release configuration requests no privacy-sensitive device permission. Sortly does not request access to location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or notifications.
7. Children and families
Sortly is intended for children and families. Its audited implementation limits saved information to local settings and game progress and has no Firebase, analytics, advertising, account, or user-submission feature. This statement describes the implementation and is not a claim of compliance with any particular child-privacy law or app-store program.
8. Retention and deletion
Local settings and progress remain until they are reset in the app, the app storage is cleared, or the app is uninstalled. Operating-system backup features may separately retain a copy according to the device provider's settings and retention rules.
Because Sortly does not send analytics or diagnostic data to Damo Studio or Firebase, there is no corresponding remote Sortly dataset for the app to delete.
9. Security
Sortly reduces privacy risk by keeping its settings and progress local and avoiding remote collection services. No storage method is completely secure; device access and operating-system backups are controlled by the user and platform provider.
10. Changes to this policy
Damo Studio may update this Privacy Policy if Sortly's features or data practices change. The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
